The annual Amenities Guide contains current information regarding hours of operation and fees charged for all Holiday Island amenities. Following is a recap of the information in the Guide:

Property owners may purchase Access Cards to use the various amenities and facilities at Holiday Island. The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District (HISID) issues membership cards as part of the annual assessment statement. The membership card gives property owners access to all HI amenities and facilities; depending on purchase and type of Access Card, charges and fees are determined. Property owners have the option of purchasing any combination of  a Golf Access Card, a Recreation Access Card, punch cards, or paying the Daily Use Fee. Table Rock Landing owners have full access to amenities for seven (7) days throughout the year. Table Rock Landing owners present their TRL membership card and have authorized by a HISID employee's signature and the date.

Holiday Island maintains an 18-hole, a 9-hole golf course, and a driving range. Both courses are open year-round as weather permits. Start times vary with daylight; call either of the Pro Shops for exact hours and tee times. Property owners (PO) may purchase a Golf Access Family Card ($525) which allows full access for the POs listed on the membership card and all dependent family members living in the household to both HI golf courses.  Also available is the Golf Access Individual Card ($350) allowing full access for an individual PO full access to both HI golf courses. Punch Cards are also available: PO Golf Punch Card ($120), which provides ten (10) 18-hole or twenty (20) 9-hole rounds of golf for use by PO and dependent family members living in the household. A Golf Discount Card ($100) provides five (5) 18-hole rounds or ten (10) 9-hole rounds to PO's extended family (parents, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all respective spouses), a guest when accompanied by PO, or long-term (1 year minimum; proof required) renter.
