The annual Amenities Guide contains current information regarding hours of operation and fees charged for all Holiday Island amenities. Copies can be obtained from the Administrative Office, Recreation Center, or either Pro Shop or to access the current Amenities Guide, click here. Following is a recap of the information in the Guide:

The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District (HISID) issues membership cards as part of the annual assessment statement. The membership card gives property owners free access to all HI amenities except golf and swimming. Golfers and swimmers have the option of paying a use fee or purchasing an annual card.

Property owner guests are welcome to enjoy Holiday Island by paying any applicable guest fees.

Table Rock Landing owners pay Property Owner daily use fees during their specific ownership week.

Holiday Island maintains an 18-hole, a 9-hole golf course, and a driving range. Both courses are open year-round as weather permits. Start times vary with daylight; call either of the Pro Shops for exact hours and tee times. Property owners (PO) may purchase a Golf Access Family Card ($725) which allows full access for the POs listed on the membership card and all dependent family members living in the household to both HI golf courses. Also available is the Golf Access Individual Card ($475) allowing full access for an individual PO full access to both HI golf courses. Combination (Golf/Swimming) Cards are also available: Family ($800); Individual ($500). Property Owners without an access card will pay a use fee: 18 holes @ 18-Hole - $15; 9 holes @ 18-Hole - $10; 18 holes @ 9-Hole - $12; 9 holes @ 9-Hole - $8.

Holiday Island golf courses are restricted as private facilities, and exist for the beneficial use, recreation and enjoyment of Holiday Island property owners, both resident and non-resident. Two classifications of guests are defined as follows:

• Property owner guest classification. Property owner guests are allowed to use the golf facilities for the following discounted green fee rates:
  18-Hole Course 18 holes - $21 / 9 holes - $16
  9-Hole Course 18 holes - $14 / 9 holes - $10
  All property guests will be required to complete and submit a guest form either in advance or at the time of check-in.


• Visitor guest classification. Visitor guests are individuals that have no affiliation with a Holiday Island property owner, but are interested in use of the golf facilities. In an effort to promote Holiday Island, the District will allow a maximum of three (3) rounds of golf per year for visitor guests. Visitor guests will be required to complete and submit a guest form at the time of check-in which will provide at a minimum the name, address and telephone number per visitor guest.
