Property owners may purchase Activity Cards to use the various amenities and facilities at Holiday Island. The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District (HISID) issues membership cards as part of the annual assessment statement. The membership card gives property owners access to all HI amenities and facilities; depending on purchase and type of Activity Card, charges and fees are determined. Property owners have the option of purchasing one of eight types of Activity Cards or paying the Daily Use Fee. Table Rock Landing owners have full access to amenities for seven (7) days throughout the year. Table Rock Landing owners present their TRL membership card and have authorized by a HISID employee's signature and the date.

Holiday Island maintains an 18-hole, a 9-hole golf course, and a driving range. Both courses are open year-round as weather permits. Start times vary with daylight; call either of the Pro Shops for exact hours and tee times. Property owners (PO) may purchase a PO Golf Discount Card for $90, which entitles guests checked in by PO to five rounds of 18-hole golf. Property owners with a Limited Access Activity Card or no activity card will pay either the $12 Daily Use Fee at the 18-Hole course or the $9 Daily Use Fee at the 9-Hole course.
