The annual Amenities Guide contains current information regarding hours of operation and fees charged for all Holiday Island amenities. Copies can be obtained from the Administrative Office, Recreation Center, or either Pro Shop. Following is a recap of the information in the Guide:
Property owners may purchase Activity Cards to use the various amenities and facilities at Holiday Island. The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District (HISID) issues membership cards as part of the annual assessment statement. The membership card gives property owners access to all HI amenities and facilities; depending on purchase and type of Activity Card, charges and fees are determined. Property owners have the option of purchasing one of three types of Activity Cards or paying the Daily Use Fee. Table Rock Landing owners have full access to amenities for seven (7) days throughout the year. Table Rock Landing owners present their TRL membership card and have authorized by a HISID employee's signature and the date.

| Option #1 | A Family Full Access Activity Card allows access to all HI amenities for a yearly charge of $450. A Weekly Family Full Access Card is available for $70. For golfing, family includes all dependent persons living in the household. At the Recreation Complex, immediate family includes children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their spouses. | | Option #2 | An Individual Full Access Activity Card allows the individual named on the card access to all HI amenities for a yearly charge of $300. Holiday Island maintains an 18-hole, a 9-hole golf course, and a driving range. Both courses are open year-round as weather permits. Start times vary with daylight; call either of the Pro Shops for exact hours and tee times. Property owners (PO) may purchase a PO Golf Discount Card for $80, which entitles guests checked in by PO to five rounds of 18-hole golf. Property owners with a Limited Access Activity Card or no activity card will pay either the $12 Daily Use Fee at the 18-Hole course or the $9 Daily Use Fee at the 9-Hole course. |

| Property owners who use their own carts on either golf course may pay either the annual cart fee or the daily cart fee. Guests who bring their own carts must pay a daily cart fee. |
